I took a trip to ROC last week. It was nice. I ate really bad food, had 1 or 2 beers, watch brainless movies and visited coworkers at the Roc office.
I did miss celebrating Electra's and my birthdays with the Family but I made it up to E on Monday.
We went shooting at a local range. She said she wanted to do this every birthday.

The Challenge 2012
Its 2012 and I decided to do a challenge.
The goal is to bike 4500 miles in 2012. That means I need to average 375 miles a month. In January I completed a little over 200 miles. Day 5 of February and I have completed 53 miles. With my travel this month I will be challenged to meet the goal.
Starting in March I will train for a century ride. More to come.

2012 - February
Long time no post.
I want to get out of the complaining mode and into the, wow this was good mode. New year, new outlook, same me!
I've lost over 50# in 6 months. I had some help from multiple programs, Myfitnesspal, Mind&Body, Nutrisystem, and the many people that have pushed me to keep trying. I thank you all.
I have ridden on average 16 miles every other night accourding to the recumbent exerciser. Woot, (Knock on fiber material) no pain to speak of. I am supplementing with a dose of protein within 30 minutes of exercise.
This is a busy month for me. Trip to Rochester, NY next week, a trip to Dallas, Tx 2 weeks after, followed by a trip to Co 1-2 weeks after that. Diana might think I'm working for the Ma-Bell again.
School is going well, only 2 more years left. Work is good, just work. ;-). Kids are spoiled rotten.
